Customer Service Manager
I was hired in 2019 as a sales assistant and I moved to Customer Service Manager the next year.
I lead the customer service and team coordination to provide the good flow. I also manage the physical and telephone reception and the entry of orders. In addition, I edit the indicators for compliance with the company’s Charter of Commitments and I also participate in supporting the teams on the use of ERP.
What I like the most in my position is the diversity of my tasks and the customer relationship. I appreciate the closeness with all the teams as well as with my manager.
